TESTING AND TREATMENT

Due to the role hormones have in the body, specifically in regards to health maintenance, it is important to know the current hormone levels in order to combat the imbalance. At Infinity Medical Clinic, we are testing current hormone levels through a simple saliva test.

Anti-aging treatments are done to help lower the side effects of:

• PERIMENOPAUSE – Perimenopause is the transitional phase leading up to menopause, marked by hormonal changes and symptoms such as irregular periods, hot flashes, and mood swings.
• MENOPAUSE – Menopause occurs beginning around the age of 45 when women’s ovaries stop producing the hormones estrogen and progesterone. 
• ANDROPAUSE – Andropause is the term doctors use to describe aging-related changes in male hormones. This is also commonly known as testosterone deficiency. 
• ADRENAL FATIGUE – Adrenal Fatigue is used in regards to your adrenal glands being exhausted. When adrenal glands get tired, they are unable to produce adequate quantities of hormones, predominantly cortisol, usually due to chronic stress or infections.
• PCOS – PCOS can affect aging by increasing the risk of conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and weight gain, but with proper management, many symptoms can be controlled.
